Within our own HCO staff, we value deep, meaningful relationships. We invest in the men and women who serve with us, just as they invest in the lives of our babies. Our desire is to equip men to lead their families with strength, integrity, and honor, and to empower women to be pillars of faith within their homes and communities.

Family Discipleship & Empowerment
As babies transition back to their biological families, they deserve to grow up in the safest, most loving environments possible. We come alongside caregivers to help them understand and meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of their children. Family support can take many forms. We work to balance help with healthy responsibility, ensuring that support does not create dependency or expectations. Instead, we seek to empower caregivers and communities so that long-term stability, ownership, and growth come from within the family itself.
