Haven of Hope Baby Center began in August 2009 and has since been a temporary home for more than 130 babies awaiting reunification or placement with their families. Every child who enters our doors is deeply valued, deeply cherished, and seen by God. No matter their circumstances, each baby deserves to experience love, safety, and the tender care of Christ.
A Family-Style Home,
Not an Institution
Our desire is that every baby grows up in a family — not a facility. While they are with us, Haven of Hope provides a warm, family-like environment designed to nurture healthy development and attachment.
We have four separate cottages on our compound, generously gifted to us in 2012. Children are not divided by age or ability; they live, grow, and learn together, just as they would in a family. Their caregivers — lovingly known as “aunties” — are their stand-in mamas. These women know each child’s unique personality, preferences, needs, and milestones, offering them consistent, tender, and Christ-centered care.
It is a privilege and blessing to be part of these babies’ lives as they wait to be reunited with their biological family or welcomed into their forever family.

Safety, Privacy, and Protection
The safety and wellbeing of our babies is our highest priority. We take intentional measures to create a secure, protective environment where children can heal, grow, and thrive. Because of this commitment, Haven of Hope is not open to the general public. All visitors must follow strict guidelines to ensure the privacy and protection of every child entrusted to our care. Each child who comes through our doors is known, loved, and remembered — never just a name or a number, but a precious life created in the image of God.
