This forever family has been in waiting to officially become family for a very long time! Little Hope and her Auntie Emily have had a special bond since she was an infant. Since Auntie Emily lives just around the corner from the baby house, it was easy for Emily to take her home to spend time with the rest of her family, and they, too, fell in love with Hopey. And Hopey fell in love with them.
Just when this family was ready to move forward with taking Hope home, Emily found out she was expecting so they needed to delay their process. In the midst of that life and family change, Covid halted all government processes. Finally, things have re-opened and this family is becoming family.
We are so grateful to have been a part of this family’s journey, and we have the privilege of continuing to be a part of their lives!
